This policy applies to Omeruta Studio Creator and Teams purchases made through omeruta.com.
Creator: one-time purchase
Creator is a one-time purchase. You can request a full refund within 30 calendar days of payment. After a full refund, access granted by that purchase ends.
Teams: recurring subscription
Teams is a recurring per-seat subscription and is not covered by the Creator 30-day guarantee. You can cancel your Teams subscription at any time using the subscription-management link provided with your purchase. If that link is unavailable, contact us using the details below. Cancellation stops future renewals; your subscription and access continue until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not itself refund the current period. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.
