Refund Policy

This policy applies to Omeruta Studio Creator and Teams purchases made through omeruta.com and processed by Paddle.
Creator: one-time purchase
Creator is a one-time purchase. You can request a full refund within 30 calendar days of payment. After a full refund, access granted by that purchase ends.
Teams: recurring subscription
Teams is a recurring per-seat subscription and is not covered by the Creator 30-day guarantee. You can cancel your Teams subscription at any time through the link in your Paddle receipt or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your subscription and access continue until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not itself refund the current period. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.

Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any statutory rights, including withdrawal rights or remedies for a product that is faulty or not as described. See also Paddle's refund policy.
