Link to another workspace page

  1. Place the cursor where the link should appear.
  2. Type /link page and select Link Page.
  3. Search for a page by name. The picker also shows its workspace-relative path when duplicate names need to be distinguished.
  4. Select the page, or use the arrow keys and press Enter.

Omeruta inserts a wiki link. You can also type a wiki link directly, for example [[Project brief]]. Select the rendered link to open the matching workspace file.

Use mentions

Type @ in a Markdown note to open the mention menu. It can suggest pages and files from the active workspace and non-archived Work items. Continue typing to filter the results, then select a match.

A page or file mention opens its target when selected. A Work mention displays the Work item's key and title and can open that item in Work. Mentions do not replace a normal web link; use the editor's link control when the destination is an external address.

A backlink is a link pointing to the current page from another page. When at least one workspace note contains a wiki link to the open file, a Backlinks section appears below the note.

Expand Backlinks, then select a source page to open it. The count changes as wiki links are added or removed. Normal external links do not create page backlinks.

The editor can show a Work control when a Work item has a source link to the current file or the note mentions its issue key. Open the control to see the matching items, then select one to leave the note and open the item in Work.

The source badge tells you whether the relationship came from a stored source link or from an issue-key mention in the note.

  • Confirm that the target file still exists in the active workspace.
  • If two files have the same name, recreate the link with Link Page and use the displayed path to choose the intended one.
  • A Work reference requires the Work item to exist in the current workspace and organization context.
