Work turns ideas and notes into trackable items. Open Work from the vertical sidebar. You must sign in before organization work can load.
Choose a view
The main Work views collect information across projects:
- My Work shows items assigned to you.
- Inbox shows updates that need your attention.
- Portfolio summarizes projects.
- Projects opens the project list.
- Sprints groups time-boxed work.
- Roadmap places scheduled work on a timeline.
- Archived contains archived items.
Inside a project, use Overview, List, Board, Sprints, or Roadmap to view the same project from a different perspective.
Create and update an item
Create an item from the current Work view, then enter a title. An item can be a task, bug, idea, decision, or action item. Its details can include:
- a description and acceptance criteria;
- status and priority;
- assignee, labels, type, project, and sprint;
- due date, subtasks, linked items, and attachments; and
- comments and activity.
Available statuses are Backlog, Todo, In progress, In review, Blocked, Done, and Canceled. Priorities are Urgent, High, Medium, Low, and No priority.
Select an item to open its details. Changes made in List, Board, or the detail view update the same underlying item.
Plan with projects, sprints, and the roadmap
Use projects to group related items. Add items to a sprint when they belong to a specific work period. Use the roadmap to see scheduled projects and items over time. Archive finished items or projects to remove them from active views; open Archived when you need to inspect them again.
Connect work to notes
An item can keep a source link to the note or file it came from. A note can also show related Work items when their source links or item keys refer to that note. Use these references to move between the written context and the tracked work.
